The lifecycle

Applications move through these stages:

Preparing

We've received your submission and our team is preparing the documents (LOA, SLD, application form) before sending to the DNO.

Awaiting LOA

We've sent the LOA to your customer for signing. Once signed we'll move forward.

Awaiting Payment

For single submissions, we've sent an invoice. Once paid we submit to the DNO.

Submitted

The application is in with the DNO and has a reference number.

With DNO Engineer

The DNO's design engineer is reviewing the technical details. This is the longest stage, typically 30 to 45 working days.

Export Limit Review

The DNO has proposed a different export limit than requested. Waiting for you to confirm or negotiate.

Approved

The DNO has approved. You can install.

Awaiting Signed Offer Letter

Some DNOs need a signed offer letter accepting the approval terms before commissioning.

Pending Install

Approved and offer signed. Waiting for you to install.

Commissioning

We've received your commissioning docs and are submitting them.

Commissioned

All done. The DNO has been notified the system is live.
