You're not paying for a form. You're paying for a real DNO specialist to prepare, submit, chase and manage the application from first submission through to DNO decision.

DNO assessment, design and connection charges (if any) are set by the network operator, outside our control, and payable separately.
G98 Notification & Commissioning
G99 approval isn't the end of the process. Once the system is installed, the DNO needs formal commissioning documentation to close out the connection.

In-house qualified surveyors capture the cut-out, phase, earthing, metering, MPAN and photographic record you need before design, quote or DNO application. UK-wide.
Pricing depends on project type, location and survey scope. Commercial and multi-site projects quoted individually.

Example package sized around 20 qualifying projects per billing month at £1,975 + VAT. Final monthly fee is agreed based on your expected volume. Commercial, complex and utility-scale projects (typically over 500 kW or requiring bespoke technical support) may be quoted separately. Unused project allowance does not roll over.

DNO fees and what's not included
Our prices cover DNO Renewables' professional services only. The network operator may charge separate application, assessment, design, connection or other fees depending on the project and network requirements. Any such fees are set by the DNO, are outside DNO Renewables' control and are payable separately by the customer.

- DNO application, assessment, design or connection charges
- Network reinforcement costs set by the DNO
- Third-party engineering or protection studies
- Specialist electrical design outside the standard SLD
- Installation works and equipment
- Witness testing or metering charges
- Travel and accommodation, unless specifically quoted
Pricing assumes the project design supplied at submission remains materially unchanged. Significant client-led design changes or resubmissions may incur an additional fee, agreed with you beforehand. Pay-as-you-go applications are prepared once we have the required project information and submitted to the DNO once payment has been received.
