Operations at scale

The bits that matter when volumes grow.

Data validation

Before an application enters the workflow, required fields are checked, missing documentation is identified, project information is validated, the correct DNO is identified and the application route is determined. Our team handles the technical detail from there.

Exception management

In a 500-project programme, the problem isn't the 430 that sail through. It's the 70 with missing LOAs, wrong inverter data, DNO queries, design changes or duplicate MPANs. We flag and manage those separately so they don't disappear into spreadsheets or email chains.

Chasing and DNO liaison

Regular chasing on every open application, plus technical query handling with the DNO. We can't control how quickly the DNO assesses an application. We can control how quickly it's prepared, how closely it's monitored and how quickly queries are acted on.
