Why it matters

Electricity connections can get complicated quickly.

The network operator needs to understand what you're connecting, how much electricity the site requires, where the connection is needed and whether the local network can accommodate the requested capacity. Missing information, incorrect load requirements and unclear site plans can create delays. We manage the process for you.

Which DNO?

We identify the network operator responsible for your site.

What do they need?

We establish the correct application route and required information.

What happens next?

We submit, manage queries and track the application through to connection offer.

How it works

We handle the DNO process.

A structured, transparent workflow. You always know where the application is and what happens next.

  1. 01

    Tell us about your project

Complete our simple project information form.

  2. 02

    We review the requirements

Our team checks the site, required capacity and connection type and identifies the correct DNO route.

  3. 03

    We prepare the application

We compile the information and supporting documentation required for submission.

  4. 04

    We submit to the DNO

The application is submitted to the relevant electricity network operator.

  5. 05

    We manage the application

We handle correspondence, queries and progress updates.

  6. 06

    Connection offer

When the DNO completes its assessment, the connection offer sets out the proposed works, costs and associated requirements.

  7. 07

    Decide how to proceed

For larger connections, we can help review the offer and available procurement / delivery routes.

Connection offers

What happens after you apply?

The DNO assesses your requested connection against the existing electricity network. Depending on the project, this may identify connection works or network reinforcement required to provide the requested supply.

The resulting connection offer sets out the DNO's proposed connection solution, associated costs and relevant terms.

Received a significant connection offer?

Our team can help you review it before you commit — including proposed works, associated costs and available procurement routes for eligible works. Connection offer review →
