Can I save an application and come back to it later?

Yes. Drafts save automatically and you can resume from any device.

Yes. The application form saves your progress automatically as you go, so you can leave and come back later without losing your work.

How it works

  • Your draft is tied to your account. As long as you sign in with the same credentials, you'll see a Resume draft banner on your dashboard.
  • You can pick up on any device.
  • Files you've uploaded (SLD, cut-out photo, solar design PDF) may need to be re-attached if you return on a different device. Everything else — customer details, MPAN, equipment — persists.

If you don't have an account yet

We still keep a lightweight record so we can help you finish the application. If you leave without creating an account, your draft is retained for a short period and our team may reach out to check whether you'd like help completing it.
