DNO Renewables handles the DNO side of your renewable energy project so you don't have to. Here's the shape of the service.
1. You send us the project
Either through the online application form, a bulk upload for high-volume installers, or via API integration. We accept the information in whatever form you've already got it.
2. We prepare and submit
Our team classifies the project against the current rules for the relevant DNO, prepares the submission (including any technical documents that need cleaning up), and lodges it with the correct DNO under our engineering credentials.
3. We manage the DNO
We monitor progress, respond to DNO queries within scope, chase the DNO at appropriate intervals, and keep you updated in your portal. You do not need to chase us to chase the DNO. See How often do you chase my application?
4. We deliver the outcome
When the DNO responds, we upload the approval, connection offer, or query directly to your portal and tell you what to do next. If a connection offer needs signing, we walk you through it.
5. We handle commissioning
Once the installation is complete, we submit the required commissioning documentation to close out the application.
What we don't control
